Andrew Pek
Andrew Pek, Managing Partner at DxD Partners, is an internationally recognized leader, working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technology. Throughout his consulting career, Andrew has coached many CEOs and senior executives at corporations across many industries, such as Barclays, BNP Paribas, CitiGroup, Steelcase and Estée Lauder, to help them build more agile and innovative organizations. He brings a strong pedigree and portfolio of success in the consumer products, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and retail industries.
In addition to his advisory, coaching, and strategy experience, Andrew has published several award winning books and articles on innovative leaders and culture. He is an adjunct professor for the Cornell EMBA program where teaches courses on innovation, new venture creation and design thinking. Andrew is a frequent lecturer at the Central Eastern Europe University, Wharton and the Institute of Design and he has been invited to speak and share his views about innovation and design thinking on national news network such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox.
Andrew has a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University. He is fluent in English, Hungarian and has basic proficiency in German. Andrew and his family live in New York.
Jeannine McGlade
Jeannine McGlade, Managing Partner at DxD Partners, has over 20 years experience consulting to many large and small organizations on design thinking, innovation, communication and leadership development. Throughout her career, Jeannine has worked with industry leaders such as BNP Paribas, Citibank, Hershey’s to create breakthrough products, services, and cultures where innovative behavior is a habit and is woven into the fabric of the organization.
Jeannine has shared her views on creativity and innovation on national media such as ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX. Jeannine has authored articles for The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Readers Digest and Leader-to- Leader Journal published by F. Drucker Foundation for Non-profit Management.
Jeannine’s best selling book with her co-author, Andrew Pek, Stimulated! Habits To Spark Your Creative Genius At Work sold over 10,000 copies. She and Pek have published an innovation toolkit, The Little Book of BIG Energizers and she is currently working on a book that explores the creative energy of leaders and the teams they lead.
Jeannine received her Master of Communication from Auburn University and is also a certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master. She enjoys travel, learning languages and eating pizza and drinking good red wine! She lives with her family in New York.
